LOL Takina's squeal when she beat Chisato was so adorable, I was not expecting her to be able to make such sounds, that must have been a real satisfying win.

It was interesting to see Chisato getting beaten up, we've seen her constantly being able to get out of situations but someone was able to keep her in place and actually injure her by blinding her. Unfortunately for her, Majima seems to have taken quite a big interest in her so I wonder what he plans to do to get to her, I have a feeling he'll target the cafe.

I am surprised Majima was able to walk back unscathed since he was right next to the explosion, I thought he was going to be out for a while.

The logic in this series is definitely lacking at times. In this episode alone we had:

- Chisato being hit by a car moving at great speed, yet she was completely fine.
- Chisato being disarmed like a rookie despite her criticizing a Lycoris for it a few episodes ago
- Majima coming out seemingly unscathed from a point blank explosion

1. I don't think Chisato suffered a direct hit; as usual for her, she was able to evade the attack and feigned injury.
2. See following, plus she did make a mistake in underestimating her opponent, just as her opponent had earlier underestimated her.
3. Majima is every bit as superhuman as Chisato.

Ok for point 1 I can kinda see that being the case. For point 2, that doesn't make any sense though. Regardless of how skilled her opponent is, someone as experiences as Chisato should never be making rookie errors like that. It just seems way out of character for her to be that stupid and underestimate an opponent like that. Point 3 is even more nonsensical...a human should not be coming out of an explosion completely unscathed. Unless they reveal to us that he's some inhuman cyborg or something, that excuse definitely ain't flying

They did mention last episode that Chisato has an artificial heart with no pulse. It would not surprise me if this infamous Alan Institution makes cyborgs or something of that nature. Seeing as how Majima knew about it as well, he must have been some kind of benefactor to it as well.

But all this is still hypothetical.

You misunderstood point 3. "A human should not be" -- therefore, we can conclude that he is NOT human, anymore than Chisato is. And Chisato, remember, has an artificial heart vastly more advanced than anything available today. Why shouldn't he be an inhuman cyborg?

I mean until we see evidence that either of them are full on cyborgs, I will still be of the opinion there was a lot of logical pitfalls in this episode. Chisato having a mechanical heart does not necessarily mean she's a full on cyborg

Then explain to me how shes able to read the bullets’ trajectory

Don't act like we haven't seen this type of stuff in anime all the time. It's called anime logic (like what's been used in this episode)

I mean, maybe she isnt human to begin with and can track whatever object coming towards her and can react to it

At least with the first one, I can make the assumption that she dodged out of the way at the last second or soemthing. The screen faded to black and we heard the car hit something but we do not know what it hit

For the other 2, especially your third point, I find utterly ridiculous. The explosion was point blank and was enough to send him flying several hundred feet backwards. He should be in pieces, needing a heart transplant himself

This is anime... both sides play by the same rules so it's fine. She got hit by a car the other dude lived through a explosion. Both sides are equal here.

3.majima jumped in the river at the last second

If that happened then shouldn't he got injured in his back because of the explosion

maybe Majima is a rogue or not rogue LilyBell and thus talks about 'balance'

It's obvious this show worth watching only for the two maine heroines and the animation. The seyuu-sans of those two are doing an exceptionally good job here!

Ngl episode 1 is pretty boring to me I was gonna drop it but I have some time to kill so I stayed and the plot story is getting good every episode and I'm starting to like the energy vibes that chisato gives especially her voice is growing on me
